1. Information We Process
When you use image generation, we process the prompts you enter, the reference images you choose to upload, uploaded reference image links, generation task status, and generated result links to complete the request you started. Reference images only come from photos you choose, camera photos you take, or generated images you add as references.
When the App creates a secure session, we may process device identifiers, security tokens, server public key identifiers, timestamps, and App Attest verification information to protect APIs and prevent abuse.
When you use camera, photo library, or save-to-photos features, related permissions are used only after you actively trigger those features. Saving generated images to your local photo library is controlled by you.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to upload reference images, create generation tasks, query generated results, display the gallery, save originals, handle errors, maintain service security, and improve the product experience.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your prompts or images for purposes unrelated to the current service unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
3. Third-Party Services
ChatImage sends the prompts, reference images or uploaded reference image links, generation task status, and generated result links needed for generation to the ChatImage image generation backend at generateimage.dreamforge.top. The backend calls OpenAI GPT Image 2, which receives only the prompt and reference images or image links needed to generate or edit the image you request.
The App uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform for rewarded ads and related consent management. Advertising SDKs may process device, advertising identifier, impression, click, or attribution data according to their own policies.
We share data only as needed to provide the related features. Other photos, device security tokens, advertising data, and unrelated app data are not sent to OpenAI for generation. We require relevant third-party services to protect user data under their applicable data processing, security, and privacy terms at the same or an equal level of protection.
4. Data Retention
Generation tasks, reference images, and result links are retained for the period needed to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, protect security, or support reasonable operations. Images saved to your local photo library are managed by you.

5. Data Security
We use secure sessions, access tokens, time validation, nonces, and encrypted requests to reduce unauthorized access risks. However, internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
6. Minors
ChatImage is intended for users who can appropriately use digital services. Minors should use the App with consent and guidance from a guardian.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this policy due to product, legal, or operational changes. The updated version will be shown on the website with a new effective date.
